Return packages from outside Finland

International return packages to our warehouse in Finland

The return cost depends on the country of the order and the weight of the package (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater). The return fee will be automatically deducted from the refundable amount.

You will receive a prepaid return label from us after notifying us of your return request by email.

Zone 1: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

  • Normal package (max 3 kg): €9.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €15.90

Zone 2: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Åland Islands

  • Normal package (max 3 kg): €13.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €18.90

Zone 3: France, Benelux countries, Austria, Poland, Hungary

  • Normal package (max 3 kg): €14.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €19.90

Zone 4: Italy, Mainland Spain

  • Normal package (max 3 kg): €17.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €29.90

Zone 5: Ireland, Greece

  • Normal package (max 3 kg): €24.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €39.90

Zone 6: Non-EU countries

The customer is responsible for the return and all related customs and export fees. The return must be sent as a door-to-door service (DDP). We do not accept packages delivered to pickup points. We do not accept returns that incur customs or tax fees for the recipient.


Important information about returns

  • Returns over 10 kg: If the return shipment weighs over 10 kg or is very large, we charge the actual freight cost of the return.
  • Shipping costs to islands (e.g., Canary Islands, Madeira, Corsica) may differ from the zone price list. In these cases, we charge the actual cost of the return shipment.
