Collection: Necklines

A neckline is a connecting line between sled dogs' collars. Using a neckline increases safety because it keeps the dogs close enough to each other and side by side. Dogs running too far apart can more easily end up, for example, on different sides of trees or poles. Using a neckline also prevents the different directional pull on the Y-branch of a two-dog tug line, which can break the line.

We recommend necklines with plastic locks for safety reasons.
