    What if the discount product ordered during the campaign needs to be changed?

    • If you are unsure about choosing the right product or size, you should ask for help right away, before ordering. We are happy to help!
    • Please note that the so-called exchanges take place with a new order and return to the previous order. The normal free return package for exchange situations is not available for promotional products during the campaign period.
    • Please contact info@traildog.fi about the need for an exchange as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving your order. You will receive a personal code from us, which you can use to order the right size at the same promotional price.
