    What if the discount product ordered during the campaign needs to be changed?

    If you are unsure about choosing the right product or size, you should ask for help right away, before ordering. We are happy to help!

    Please note that the so-called exchanges take place with a new order and return to the previous order. The normal free return package for exchange situations is not available for promotional products during the campaign period.

    Please contact info@traildog.fi about the need for an exchange as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving your order. You will receive a personal code from us, which you can use to order the right size at the same promotional price.
