Campaign Period: November 29, 2024, at 00:00 – December 2, 2024, at 23:59 (EET). The discounted prices apply only to new orders placed during the campaign period.

The discounts vary by product, and the applicable discounted price is displayed directly on the product pages.

Please note that due to high order volumes, delivery times may be longer than usual. For products that are not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 1–4 weeks. Stock availability can be checked on the product page.

Exchanges are processed by placing a new order and returning items from the original order. Free return shipping (inside Finland) for exchanges is not available for discounted campaign items. If you are unsure about selecting the correct size, we recommend asking for assistance before placing your order.

We reserve the right to adjust discounted prices during the campaign period. Products may have limited availability.

          What if the discount product ordered during the campaign needs to be changed?

          If you are unsure about choosing the right product or size, you should ask for help right away, before ordering. We are happy to help!

          Please note that the so-called exchanges take place with a new order and return to the previous order. The normal free return package for exchange situations is not available for promotional products during the campaign period.

          Please contact info@traildog.fi about the need for an exchange as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving your order. You will receive a personal code from us, which you can use to order the right size at the same promotional price.
