Active steering system; T.A.S. revolutionizes cornering
Turn Axle System (T.A.S.) is Axaeco's patented design that minimizes uncontrolled lateral sliding of the sled in turns. TAS uses two aluminum axles that move the runners in turns, producing a carving effect on snow and guiding the sled to a cleaner, straighter path in turns.
This minimizes braking due to sliding, maintaining speed and stability even in the tightest turns. Thanks to cleaner turns, the risk of falling in a corner decreases and you can save several seconds, which might even decide the race outcome!
High-quality Rottefella NIS binding system for runners
The Kungen Chronos is equipped with very high-quality bindings made by the Norwegian Rottefella for attaching the runners. Thanks to the system, detaching the runners is quick and tool-free, making the sled easy to transport and store. Additionally, for example, replacing a broken runner is easy.
Race position!
Kungen Chronos is designed with speed and race tracks in mind. Therefore, its design also considers the rider's ergonomics. The handlebar is tilted forward, which places the rider in the center of the sled maintaining a stable riding position. The arch is also more efficient to pull backward, which increases speed by reducing friction between the runners and the snow.
