RS-Sleds Speedy kick sled
RS-Sleds Speedy is designed especially for those who want a sled lighter and more affordable than a traditional sled, but better steering and safer than a regular kick sled for winter trails.
RS-Sleds Speedy is handmade in Austria. Speedy is designed to be a "stripped-down" sled that is incredibly light, with the basic model weighing only 4 kg. It uses high-quality Atomic skating skis as runners, which steer well and glide easily and quickly on snow. Speedy's design follows features familiar from larger racing sleds. It is sturdy enough to drive at high speeds. Perfectly suited for driving with 1-2 dogs.
Speedy folds up and its runner length is slightly shorter than bigger sleds at 163 cm, making it easy to transport and store. Speedy is equipped with a front rack, allowing you to easily carry, for example, a gear bag.

Speedy I
The basic model is designed for enthusiasts who want a very light and simple sled for driving either with or without a dog. No brake.
- Weight 4 kg
Speedy II
Added to the basic model are a foot brake, side bar ends, and a handlebar with grip tape to improve driving ergonomics. This sled is especially suitable for dog lovers who want to be more active with one or two dogs.
- Weight 5 kg
Speedy III
Includes all features of the Speedy II – foot brake, side bar ends, and a handlebar wrapped with grip tape – plus a brake mat for safer speed control. Suitable for competitions and fast or multi-dog driving.
- Weight 6 kg
Note! In the 2024/25 season, Speedy will be delivered with blue Atomic S2 runners, contrary to the pictures.
