Long-legged and rubber-coated at the bottom, Non-stop Protector Bootie High booties are developed for sled dog sports and hiking, but they are an excellent choice for all dogs that need paw protection. Lightweight flexible booties enable your dog's paws' natural function and movement.
Protector Bootie High booties are suitable for use both on snow and bare ground.

- NOTE: If you notice the end of the Velcro strap becoming fuzzy/frayed during use, it's best to cut a new clean edge immediately and seal the end by burning.
Choosing the size of Non-stop Protector Bootie High booties
Size is chosen based on the width of the paw. Measure the circumference of your dog's paw at its widest point while the dog is standing (i.e., with weight on the paw). Divide this measurement by two and compare it to the width of the booties. Note that a dog's front paws are often wider than the hind paws. In this case, the best fit is achieved by choosing two sets of booties in two different sizes.
The Protector Bootie High bootie model should be fairly snug to stay well on the foot. However, there must always be room for the dog's paw to spread when stepping.
Tip: if you don't have a flexible measuring tape, use a string and a regular ruler to measure your dog's paw circumference.

Varren ylempi tarraremmi aivan liian lyhyt, ei saa kunnolla kiinni. Muutenkaan eivät toimi metsästyskäytössä, koska eivät yksinkertaisesti pysy jalassa. 2 minuuttia jäniksen perässä ja tossut hukassa.
Kiitos arvostelustasi! Jotta tossun on mahdollista pysyä matkassa mukana, niin edellytys on, että tarranauha yltää koiralla hyvin kiinni. Lyhytjalkaiselle koiralle, esim. beagle, voisi sopia paremmin lyhytvartinen malli. Vastaavasti pitkä- ja kapeajalkaisille kuten saksanseisojille tämä pidempivartinen malli.
